As a research assistant and PhD student, I am working at the Institute of Animal Science since 2018. My research focuses on aspects of animal welfare, contributing to establish sustainable agricultural systems. In particular, my thesis deals with the genetic background of the porcine immunity under consideration of SNP chip array data and sequence information.
Furthermore, I am involved in teaching and supervising in the study programmes agricultural science (BSc) and animal science (MSc).
